The project consists of the conversion of a vacant three-story, 45,000 SF commercial office building into a mixed-use commercial office/retail and residential building. The project will include approximately 30 residential rental units (floors 1 - 3) with one and two bedroom units. The first floor will include approximately 2,500 SF of rentable commercial space that could accommodate up to two potential commercial tenants. Parking will be located on-site.
