The project involves the renovation of the vacant former Prince Hall Mason's Building. The historic renovation will convert the upper stories into 11 residential units with approximately 3,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

Estimated Net Benefit to Local Taxing Jurisdictions (PILOT): The minimal decrease in revenue to the taxing jurisdictions is offset by the following benefits: the addition of over 10 residential units to Downtown and the stabilization and reuse of a long vacant building.
Estimated Employment Impact: The project is anticipated to created 20 construction jobs and 3 full time jobs.
