Project Description:
The project consists of the renovation and new construction of six buildings at the project location. One existing building will house a 30,000 SF gym and another 16,880 SF existing building will create new retail space. A new 62,400 hotel and a new 17,889 SF retail strip will also be constructed. In addition, a smaller, new construction 2,344 SF building will be a retail building. Finally, a new 9,026 SF retail pad will be available for a car wash and convenience store.
