Project Description:

The project consists of the redevelopment of a 0.42 acre site with an existing +/- 53,000 SF vacant warehouse located at 960 Broadway in the Warehouse District. The existing four-story brick structure has a two-story brick addition on the south side of the building. The existing building will be renovated to include 24 market-rate residential units on the upper three floors and a +/- 3,000 SF ground floor restaurant with an entrance on Broadway. The existing two-story addition on the south side of the building will be renovated into +/- 2,000 SF of additional commercial space.
